Today was an exciting day due to the fact that I went to see the people at ‘Isle of Wight Radio’ .
We discussed the Adventure that is about to be undertaken then recorded and interview as a bit of a taster before the Breakfast show 1 week before we leave. They seemed very interested with...
the whole project and Adventure and the fact that the Web site will be live and interactive so here’s hoping we can ...be involved with them when we are on the Road too.
The whole time there was really fun and they were very helpful, so listen in on the 28th to ‘Isle of Wight Radio’ in the morning to hear about the trip ahead.
It Rained all day today and heavy too so I had to wait until the evening to get in the garden and do something physical for the preparation, Tonight saw the construction of the shields for along the sides of the Longboat, so hopefully weather permitting they can get fixed on to the boat and out the way tomorrow.
The meeting went well with Klaus (WUB 24 our web people), Jason (Genie) our sprayer who done such an excellent job on the sail and we decided on the design for the spraying on the longboat.
I went to ‘Signpost Express’ today and gave the go ahead for our team graphics for the car after seeing the tester. It’s all so exciting at the moment…….
Off to ATS tomorrow to see the guys there.
