Wow... we left at 0700 for the ferry over which started great as the ferry terminal staff forgot to take our tickets ..so thanks guys..for not paying attention to the car with the giant boat ontop..i think that they were just emencely scared of it.


WE arrived at Goodwood and were ushered to the front of the Jacky Stewart stadium as one of the cool vehicles.There was a fine display of machinery out for all today to see.Our sail went up and the Island flag was flown proud.Later our Families joined us and were amazed at the size of the event.Im really going to miss Hayley and the boy´s.
We had the People taking picture after picture and...

...also had to pose for Press shots with the car.


Jim .. we done you proud the Fury fire engine was having trouble with its tyres and getting them off of broken rims so we helped out there and showed them how to do it.


The time was getting close to send off so over we went to watch the Mongolian wrestling ,it was pants and skimpy waist coats everywhere,much for the amusement of Brennan my eight year old son.


The main stage was the next venue where the awards were to be announced.......we won...whooo...we won The team that made a gigantic effort with their car ,we won the ´Largest non functional item´ award..So thanks to Genie for all his work it paid off and has won an award.


Back to the cars and then we were in the first batch on the starting Grid to have a lap of Good wood then out onto the road and Mongolia here we come.


We said our good byes and tears were shed onward to the Euro tunnel we went. We pulled up to a suzuki jeep that was having trouble and once again our tools were out on hand to fix the rear of the jeep.We fitted the cover on the boat and boarded the Euro Tunnel.


Tonight we have hammered out France,Belgium and Holland to Seb´s Dads house in Zwolle.We did do a detour to hit golf balls from Dunkirk beach.
